Prep Technician - Nottingham

Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Technician to join a reputable company based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting various industries with your technical expertise.

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £28,000 to £32,500 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain equipment, tools, and materials for use in various industries.
• Inspect, clean, and calibrate equipment according to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Assist with equipment setup and dismantling, following safety protocols.
• Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Adhere to quality control standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Prep Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of technical equipment and proficiency with various tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
