Position: Heavy Plant Fitter

Location: Aylesbury Workshop

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Range: £30,000 - £33,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of heavy plant machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
• Troubleshoot and identify faults, implementing effective and efficient solutions.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter with a solid understanding of heavy machinery maintenance.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a range of heavy plant equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
