Commissioning & Installation Engineer
£38,000 - £44,000 + Vehicle

Alecto Recruitment are offering an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning & installation Engineer with experience in wastewater/pumps or similar to work with our client who specialises in the pump manufacturing sector.
Principle Responsibilities:
* Assist in producing and updating the Commissioning Plan.
* Chase sub-contractor commissioning plans for implementation.
* Provide support to Project Managers and Engineers.
* Apply for and oversee Permits to Work.
* Provide sub-contractor RAMS for Health & Safety Files and Commissioning Plan.
* Organize commissioning and coordination meetings.
* Identify and organize resources for Plant and Equipment delivery.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors during on-site commissioning.
* Provide Commissioning documentation as per client specifications.
* Report progress updates and issues to Commissioning/Project Managers.
* Ensure adherence to safe working practices and equipment operation.
* Read and understand drawings for installations.
* Timely and accurate completion of installations, recording activities on company documents.
* Coordinate with engineering, planning, and contract managers to meet completion dates.
* Maintain flexibility to work during busy times or reduced installation requirements.

Experience needed:
* An industry applicable City & Guilds / NVQ equivalent
* Driving License
* A recognised qualification in CDM along with relevant experience.
* CITB: SSSTS (desirable)
* CSCS card (Gold preferable). JIB
* EUSR Card Blue Water
* Confined Space training (CITB but not essential)
* Slinger / CPCS (desirable)
* Thames water passport
* PASMA
* IPAF
