    I have recently found myself in a position that required the services of an employment agent. During this process I registered with several specialist agents, and found there appeared to be no structured approach to the job search. Whilst researching specific market sectors, I came across Alecto Recruitment and forwarded my CV. Within the hour a consultant contacted me to discuss my expectations, and informed me that they were working with a client that appeared to be a suitable match. (A comment I had heard many times). However within a very short time arrangements had been made for an interview, including travel arrangements to Germany and the necessary transfers. During the interview, the HR Director informed me that the selection process would take another two weeks. However due to the tenacity and support from Alecto, an offer was made and accepted within two days.
