Sean Byrne: Company Director.
Founding  partner and Director at Alecto Recruitment, Sean manages the day to day operations of Alecto Recruitment as well as building relationships with new clients and maintaining his relationships with clients he has had for years. Coming from an extensive sales and business development background Sean, along with Dean, are continuing to drive rapid growth of Alecto, which has seen them become established and well respected leaders in their specialist sectors of Renewable Energy, Technical Engineering, Waste Management and Healthcare throughout the UK and Europe.

Michael Prew: Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Mike is a professional recruitment consultant who has developed into one of Alecto’s most consistent recruitment specialists. Working closely within the Renewable Energy & Technical Engineering industries sourcing our client’s outstanding candidate’s throughout the UK. Mike has developed some excellent client relationships through delivering them a very good and consistent service. His ability to offer excellent knowledge within the renewable sectors for Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Heat Pumps, Biomass & Wind Turbines sets him apart from the rest.
His aim is to continue to build excellent business relationships with existing and new clients by producing industry talent and providing an excellent professional service.

Mike Buick: Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Mike has worked with in Sales and Business Development Environments for a majority of his career in both Direct Customer Facing Positions and Call Centre Environments. Effective Delivery is always key to any Sales role and his Professional manner, combined with an excellent understanding of his Client’s requirements enables Mike to provide an efficient service whilst maintaining that all so important ‘Personal Touch’. He is a specialist within the Waste Management sector where he has worked for just over three years. Mike has been instrumental in developing the Waste Management desk for Alecto placing candidates into some of the UK’s leading Waste Management companies. Mike will continue to excel within the sector.

Andy Strange: Senior Recruitment Consultant – iGaming & IT

Andy Strange is a highly experienced recruitment professional joining Alecto Recruitment within the IT & iGaming sectors. With over 6 years recruitment experience gained within the IT markets Andy is ideally placed to grow and develop this area for Alecto Recruitment. With a background as a Software Design Manager before embarking on his career within the Recruitment world Andy is able to offer clients and candidates a technical understanding.

Stephanie Horwell: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Stephanie is an experienced recruitment specialist who has worked within the Aerospace industry recruiting within the aircraft maintenance sector, a role Stephanie has been doing for over three years. Stephanie has joined Alecto Recruitment and will be involved in developing the Aerospace division for Alecto along with working across varied industry sectors such as Renewable Energy and Technical Engineering recruitment. Stephanie is DipRP AIRP qualified in recruitment and will be a key member of our team with her experience as a recruitment professional.

Darryl Burns: Recruitment Consultant
Darryl is a new addition to the team here at Alecto Recruitment and is joining us within the renewable energy sectors of Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Heat Pumps. His role will be to develop his own client base by delivering excellent industry talent within the above markets. Darryl is young and enthusiastic, hard working and has the ability to deliver excellent customer service which is key to building strong lasting relationships. Degree educated with a BA (HONS) Graphic Image Making. Darryl has worked for companies such as IBM & HM Revenue Customs.

Daniel Martin: Recruitment Consultant
Dan is a new member of the Alecto Recruitment team joining us within the renewable energy & technical engineering markets. Dan will be working closely with companies within the Forklift, Materials Handling, Power Generation, HVAC, BMS, Commercial Catering, Industrial Doors and general engineering companies fulfilling requirements throughout the UK. Dan has a natural sales ability and will be a great asset to the Alecto Team.
