Workshops Director – Quarry/Heavy Plant/Earth Moving Equipment – Nigeria

Salary/Package – £50k – £55k basic TAX FREE + Home + Car + Allowances + Benefits

My client are one of the major Construction & Mining companies in Central Africa who are looking to recruit an experienced Workshops Director to manage 3 sites in Southern Nigeria. My client build roads, bridges and major infrastructure throughout the states of Nigeria.

The Workshops Director will have an extensive background with Heavy Plant Maintenance including both static and mobile equipment. This may include Asphalt Plant, Conveyors, Crushers, Screening Equipment and Earth moving equipment. You will have excellent operational and man management skills to include Project Management, budget Management and supervision of Engineers, supervisors and general labour. The successful candidate will have also lived and worked in Africa for a period of 5 years or more.

My client are offering a generous remuneration to include a basic salary of £50k – £55k basic Tax Free, house, car, housekeeping staff and monetary allowances whilst in Nigeria. All flights and travel will be paid for.

Annual leave is yet to be determined but will be in the region of 5-6 weeks per year.
