TRANSFER STATION MANAGER, HAMPSHIRE – £30K- £35K + BENEFITS

Our client, one of the UK’s largest Waste Management companies is looking to recruit a Transfer Station Manager for their new site in Hampshire.

As Transfer Station Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the site in accordance to all environmental, waste and H&S legislation ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your staff is paramount at all times.

You’ll also be responsible for improving existing high standards of service delivery to existing customers as well as developing new business from commercial organisations.

To be considered, you’ll need experience of running a similar operational site and hold a suitable CoTC qualification. You’ll also need excellent man management skills and business acumen along with good oral and written communication skills. Although not essential, an IOSH qualification would be highly advantageous.
