Tele-Sales Executive: Fareham

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing and successful team.

Alecto is a specialist technical recruitment company who covers the entire UK and recruits into the Renewable Energy, Technical Engineering, Waste Management and IT sectors.

To be considered for the position you will need to have a background in Sales. Ideally you will have a strong Tele Sales background and experience selling at B2B environment. You will enjoy cold calling and gaining new business and show an enqusitive and competitive nature and the desire to succeed in hitting targets.

Alecto Recruitment will be providing full training and support with this position, along with award winning external training.

Starting Package:

£16000 – £18000 + Excellent Commission Structure + Performance Bonuses + 20 Days Holiday. OTE Year 1 = £25,000 – £30,000.
