Tele-Marketing Manager/Office Manager: Bournemouth

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Tele-Marketing Manager / Office Manager for a successful Renewable Energy business in the South.

Our client specialise throughout the whole of the UK and are MCS accredited for Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Heat Pumps and design and install systems for the domestic and commercial markets.

We are seeking an experienced manager who has experience leading a outbound sales team B2C. The position will entail managing an existing team of 20 staff to achieve daily and weekly targets along with motivating and offering on-going support and training. You must have a proven sales background and have managed a sales team to apply for this position.

Ideally you will be experienced within the renewable energy sector but this is not essential.

Package:

£25000 – £30000+Uncapped OTE.
