Technical Support Manager / Help Desk Manager – North Hampshire – up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
Our client, a well-established Software Solutions Provider based in North Hampshire is looking for a Technical Support Manager to manage the Technical support function of the business.
The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for the support of online solutions, through the provision of high quality services that meet customer’s requirements. The position requires the management of the Support team to ensure exceptional levels of customer service are provided (internally and externally), in addition to maintaining an up to date knowledge of customer requirements and having an awareness of the market place and competitor products/services.
The successful Technical Support Manager will have a background in overseeing a small Technical Customer Service focused team with differing levels of experience, and will have the ability to manage, mentor and motivate people. They should be highly organised with exceptional communication skills and will be able to make independent decisions in line with the company culture and strategy.
