Our Client is looking for an experience Technical Quality and Training Manager.

Start: ASAP. Salary:Negotiable, dependant on experience. Location: London (Airport)

Reporting to the technical Director the key responsibilities will include:

-Ensuring and demonstrating compliance within the regulations of our own internal EASA Part M subpart G organisation.

-Monitoring (via audits) third party maintenance, both base and line stations (worldwide).

-Reviewing and assessing regulation change

Assess the training needs of the companies own personal and make recommendations to the Technical Director (maintain a record of training).

-A good understanding of Safety management Systems and their implementation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

EASA Part M, Part 145, Part 66, and some Part 147.

Boeing experience.

Must have held a RECENT position of authority within a Quality Department.

Must be able to carry an audit against the relevant sections of the EASA regulations.

Must be a licensed engineer, pref with Boeing aircraft type ratings.

Must be able to work across the geographical and cultural boundaries the company works within.

Must be prepared to travel internationally at frequent times.
