Our Client is looking for an experience Aircraft Station Engineer. Start Date:ASAP, Location, NORTH UK, Salary: approx £35,000-40,000.

Overview:

To manage the successful daily operation of the engineering line station’s delivery, via effective station management and working in partnership with key stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring the station meets Company operational performance targets, works to EASA and Company regulations and maintains the highest possible environment of health and safety.

Embraer experience is desirable but not essential dependant on other experience.

Accountabilities:

Ensure on-time completion of scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on the Fleet, whilst working closely with the Station Engineer and the Line Maintenance Manager in order to deliver operational capability, meeting/exceeding Company targets.

Deliver Scheduled Maintenance Checks in accordance with the Company Approved Maintenance Programme by ensuring adequate Staff and Material resources available onsite.

Ensure and promote the safety and integrity of the Line Maintenance operation, meeting EASA Part 145, Company and Health & Safety standards.

Manage the stations’ team in all areas of people management to ensure high performance is attained and training requirements are achieved.

Manage the stations’ Line Maintenance budget to achieve approved budget figures.

Build, maintain and develop effective relationships with Key Stakeholders in order to establish the Line Station at the centre of operational excellence.

Ensure Station Procedures and Processes are constantly reviewed and developed to achieve best practice and cost efficiencies.

At the direction of the Line Maintenance Manager, provide oversight and assistance at 3rd Party Line Stations to ensure Quality, Safety and Regularity is delivered to contracted levels.
