SHIFT MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – STAFFS c£30K

My client, one of the UK’s leading Waste Management companies has a requirement for an experienced Shift Multi Skilled (Elec Bias) Maintenance Technician / Engineer to join their team in Staffordshire.

As a Multi Skilled Technician you’ll be carrying out preventive and reactive maintenance on the site’s equipment which runs on a 24/7 basis. Working as part of a team, you’ll also be responsible for compliance with & safety and environmental regulations whilst ensuring the plant runs efficiently with a minimum of downtime.

To be considered for this role you’ll need a suitable qualification such as City & Guilds in an Electrical discipline along with relevant Mechanical experience in a similar position as Maintenance Technician within the power generation/heavy industry sector. A 17th edition electrical qualification is also an essential requirement.

This is a shift position working 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off (12 hour working day) offering a salary in the region of £30,000.
