SHIFT HEAVY PLANT FITTER, DERBYSHIRE – £23,480 + O/T

My client is a leading recycler of batteries and due to an increased workload, has an urgent requirement for a mechanically biased heavy plant fitter for their plant in Derbyshire.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy plant including crushers, separators, conveyors and other associated machinery in accordance with strict health & safety regulations.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be a time served mechanical fitter and have extensive experience in maintaining heavy plant. Candidates from a mining/quarrying/steel manufacturing background would be ideally suited to this position.

This is an alternate shift role 6:30am – 3pm and 10am – 6:30pm equating to an average 40 hour week offering £23,480 with overtime available.
