Sales Manager – Local Authorities

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to come and join an exciting Renewable Energy & Waste Management specialist.

Our client are a UK specialist in taking general waste that is thrown away and transforming it into Renewable Energy and valuable Fertiliser. Our client designs, builds, owns and operates commercial scale anaerobic digestion plants for processing food waste.

We are seeking an experienced and proven sales manager from the Waste Management / Biomass / Anaerobic Digestion sectors who have sold commercially into Local Authorities.

Key Skills:

* Experienced sales negotiator, including tendering and structured procurement processes.
* Experienced account manager.
* Well developed commercial, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interpret and use financial, statistical and market information.
* Ability to embrace, understand and incorporate new process technologies.
* Experience of local authorities and/or waste industry and/or green energy.
* University degree level qualification.
