Sales / Branch Manager – Solar – Hampshire

Salary – £25k – £35k Basic + Commission, Vehicle etc.

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a well established organisation and cover the Andover, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

My client are a growing organisation within the renewable energy industry with an office in the North and South. They specialise in Solar Photovoltaic, Solar Thermal, Ground & Air Source Heat Pumps, Biomass Boilers and Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation.

You will be responsible for the management of a sales force within the South of the UK. This will mainly be within the domestic sector, also responsible for training, recruitment and motivation of team members to ensure targets are consistently met.

You Must have a proven record of managing a direct sales team, ideally you will have experience in Solar / Renewables however this is not essential and a background in home improvement sales will be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within various Renewable Energy technologies and develop with the company as the continue to grow.
