Quality Engineer – Oxfordshire

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000, with excellent benefits.

Alecto Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a Quality Engineer with an automotive background.

We require qualified ‘Quality’ personnel to work closely with key suppliers and/ or customers. You will be required to develop positive working relationships that result in good technical/process improvements in a timely manner. Working closely with the engineering team, reliability team, manufacturing team and operations team to deliver class leading processes and procedures.

Must have:
– Quality Engineer with a background working in the automotive sector.
– Customer relationship experience.
– Demonstrable success in leading people and projects
– A team player with a positive, logical and flexible attitude

- Strong influencing and communication skills.
