Project Engineer (HVAC&R) – Ringwood

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is a preferred supplier to one of the UK’s leading HVAC organisations who due to continued growth is currently seeking a Project Engineer based in Dorset to with the Projects and Technical Sales Department.

Our client is a successful HVAC organisation who have been established now for over 30 years.

The Role:

To work as part of the Projects / Technical Sales team to coordinate and plan technical activities (including attending customer site visits) for successful installation of cooling systems ensuring completion within timescale and budget. To design cooling systems to customer requirements, negotiating to obtain increased profit to the business and to log enquiries and manage the timely production of quotations to achieve targets. To recognise when technical problems are developing,
to raise them efficiently with the Project Manager to ensure appropriate corrective actions are initiated.

It is essential that you come from an engineering background within the HVAC&R with strong knowledge technically within the Refrigeration, Water Chiller, Heating, Ventilation sectors.

Knowledge of preparing quotations to customer specifications, knowledge of AutoCad and a relevant engineering qualification such as: Engineering ONC / HNC, Degree or apprentice trained.
