OPERATIONS MANAGER, NORFOLK -£NEG + CAR + BENEFITS

Our client, a leading waste management company with operational sites throughout the UK, is looking to appoint an Operations Manager for their Collections and Recycling Operation in Thetford, Norfolk.

Reporting to the General Manager you’ll be responsible for the entire collection and recycling operation ensuring at all times that they operate in accordance with statutory legislation, environmental obligations and Company procedures. You’ll also ensure that internal and external customer service levels are met in an efficient, profitable, safe and healthy manner.

To be considered for this position you’ll need to hold relevant CPC and CoTC qualifications along with a background in managing a waste transfer station and a waste collections operation. You’ll also need to be fully conversant with budgetary planning, have good commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
