MULTI SKILLED NIGHT SHIFT ENGINEER, NORFOLK – £27K INC SHIFT ALLOWANCE

Our client, a leading Waste Management companies has a requirement for a multi skilled night shift maintenance engineer with strong electrical knowledge to work at their waste treatment facility in Norfolk.

As Night Shift Maintenance Engineer and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the plant remains ‘on line’ via planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with strict H&S guidelines and legislation.

To be successful, you’ll need to be educated to a minimum HND or equivalent level in mechanical / electrical engineering and as the treatment plant uses a variety of PLC controlled machinery such as conveyors, separators, cranes, screens, trommels, compactors and balers, you’ll need experience within a similar industry such as a process or manufacturing facility.

Knowledge of planned maintenance systems is also essential along with the ability to work within a pressurised environment.

This is a night shift role offering a salary of around £27,000 including shift allowance + 20 days holiday working for one of Norfolk’s leading waste management companies.
