MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, FAREHAM £30K – £35K + BENEFITS

Our client is a market leader within the food industry and urgently require an electrically biased, multi skilled maintenance supervisor to join the team at their Fareham site in Hampshire.

As maintenance supervisor you will be responsible for a team of multi-skilled shift technicians carrying out the day to day repair and maintenance of PLC controlled machinery such as chillers, purifiers, food processing machines, conveyors, bagging machines and other site based services in accordance with current H&S standards.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have a minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in an electrical discipline along with extensive supervisory experience within the food / FMCG industry. You’ll also need to have an excellent understanding planned maintenance, systems and general site maintenance. Good communication skills and a high degree of computer literacy are also essential.

This is a full time permanent position attracting a salary of between £30,000 – £35,000 + benefits as an Electrically Biased, Maintenance Supervisor, working for a leading food manufacturer and is commutable from Fareham, Gosport, Titichfield, Wickham, Cosham, Havant, Portsmouth and Southampton.
