Marketing Manager: Bournemouth

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a successful Renewable Energy organisation.

Main Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the company’s marketing plan in order to maximise ROI and continually develop brand equity. The focus of the Marketing Manager’s role is to improve the effectiveness of marketing, creating both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead all customer communications including website, email, PPC and SEO
• Developing and managing advertising plan to include online, print, radio and/or TV from concept to delivery
• Developing and maintaining Public Relations activity including agency activity and reporting of statistics
• Review and prioritise sponsorship opportunities to further the brand in a cost effective way
• Analysing the market, including marketing strategy and execution
• Researching and evaluating new opportunities
• Product development including working with Product Managers to ensure successful product launches
• Data analyst and monitoring in-house Tele-Marketing Departments data requirements
• Strive for better market share, sales and/or targets
• Research and development, including conducting market research and analysing findings
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and/or promotional staff and activities
• Design company literature to develop Brochures, Website, E-campaign

Skills / Attributes Required

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification (CIM preferred)
• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager capacity
• Strong record of academic success
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results
• Commercial awareness
• Imaginative / customer orientated
• Good product knowledge
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to prioritise, delegate and multi-task
• Excellent organisation and planning
• Strong project management skills

This is a new position within the company and an important one. My client is seeking somone with out and out marketing experience.

Package:

£30000 – £40000 + Bonuses
