Our Client is looking for Manufacturing engineers (minimum HNC qualified) with a high level of technical expertise and skill to plan, design , setup, modify, optimise and monitor manufacturing processes.

CANDIDATES MUST BE SECURITY CLEARED (SC)

This will be a contract position from 6-12 months.

Rate is negotiable, dependant on experience.

Successful candidates should have experience of the following:

- Manufacturing launch plan creation;

- Design for manufacture;

- Concept Method of manufacture;

- Ability to create technical instructions;

- Create manufacturing models and stage drawings;

- Design fixtures and tooling;

- Create and improve NC programmes;

- Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis);

- Populate Dimensional Characteristic matrix;

- Create and validate manufacturing cost;

- Virtual trials;

- Plan and conduct proof of process;

- MCA (Manufacturing Capability Acquisition) Analysis;

- Technical procurement of equipment;

- Deliver MCA projects, achieve MCRL 6 (Manufacturing Capability Readiness Level).
