Project Coordinator – Woking – £28,000

My client, a leading solutions provider based in Woking is looking to appoint a number of Project Coordinators to join their already successful Projects team. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in a cutting edge industry, in a busy fast paced, fast growing environment where attention to detail is essential.

The Project Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of delivery to UK and European customers, including:

Quotation creation, storage and tracking

Sales order entry & management

Equipment ordering

Lead time reporting and communication

Equipment delivery scheduling

Manufacturer liaison (non-technical)

Engineer liaison & diary management

In-country integrator liaison

Project tracking, reporting and analysis

Database data entry

Issue management

Escalation management (non-technical)

Project documentation (non-technical)

Purchasing

Invoicing

Reporting

General administration tasks

Ad-hoc sales opportunities

Completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks

Occasional European visits

Any other reasonable task requested by management

In addition, the Project Coordinator will be expected to own and run projects covering all required project management aspects. Starting with small projects this will grow in size and importance as the employee skills develop.
