Our Client is looking for an experienced Human resources advisor for a role based on the Isle of Wight.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Duties (briefly) as follows:

• To ensure the delivery of an operational HR service which exceeds customer’s expectations?

• Advise and support managers in the HR aspects of operational activity including disciplinary, capability, absence management and grievance issues, team building and effectiveness, , ensuring that our policies are adhered to in all aspects of employee relations and internal processes

• Advise and support managers in the HR aspects of organisational development and change management

• To provide support and project input as required by any HR Business Partner.

• To work with, support and communicate effectively with all parts of the Group HR Team.

• To deputise for the HR Manager as required.
