HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGER – KENT/ESSEX. £NEG + BENEFITS

Our client, one of the UK’s leading Waste Management and Recycling companies is looking for a Hazardous Waste Manager to join its operations in Kent and Essex

As Hazardous Waste Manager and reporting to the Depot Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management and operational responsibility for the hazardous waste business at sites in Kent and Essex ensuring that they operate in accordance with statutory legislation, environmental obligations and Company procedures. You’ll also be ensuring that internal and external customer service levels are met in an efficient, cost effective, safe and healthy manner.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need a CPC National qualification, experience of managing a transport operation and a good working knowledge of hazardous waste and its legislation. You’ll also need to have excellent communication skills along with PC literacy.
