ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, NORTHANTS – UPTO £32K + BENS

We’re currently seeing to recruit an experienced Shift Electrical Maintenance Technician to join one of the UK’s leading waste management companies at their site in Northamptonshire.

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the site’s plant including Conveyors, Cranes, Drives, Motors, Pumps, Air Handling Units, Magnets, Screeners, Crushers and other associated equipment in accordance with strict health, safety and environmental rules and regulations.

To be considered for this position you’ll need to be qualified to a minimum City & Guilds (or equivalent) level in in an appropriate engineering discipline and have experience of working in a similar environment such as waste management, automotive packaging or paper mill. Supervisory experience and the ability to fault-find and interrogate PLCs is also an essential requirement.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading waste management companies as an Electrical Maintenance Technician starting on a day shift and moving to double days (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm ) offering a salary of upto £32,000 depending on experience.
