Domestic Sales Manager (Self Employed) – Solar – South UK

Salary – OTE £90k

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking several Sales Managers located throughout the South to join a well established and National Renewable Energy specialist.

Our client are rapidly growing and have offices throughout the UK. They specialise in Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Heat Pumps and deal in both domestic and commercial sectors. Initially the role will predominantly involve Solar PV however will also move into the Solar Thermal and Heat Pump sectors as the industries develop.

This is an excellent opportunity to get into the Renewables industry and gain some valuable experience with a company who provide full training and career development as they continue to expand.

This is a self employed position with a growing organisation who can help develop your skills and experience within the renewable energy sectors and lead to further opportunities within the industry.

You do not specifically need Solar/Renewable experience to be considered but will need to be enthusiastic about the industry and keen to develop your knowledge.

You must have a track record in direct / domestic sales as your role will be focused on the domestic market. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of sales people therefore must have experience managing teams.

To be considered you can be based anywhere in the South of the UK as my client are looking for several experienced professionals in several locations from the Midlands down.

Requirements:

- Sales/Direct Sales background

- Experience with the management, recruitment and training of sales teams
