Credit Controller – Mid Hampshire – £20,000 + Excellent Benefits (Contract or Permanent)

Our client, a well-established Software Solutions Provider based in mid Hampshire is looking for a Credit Controller to join their busy accounts team.

The focus of this role will be credit control and some sales ledger activities such as posting sales receipts and banking cheques. Although the main responsibility of this role will be credit control, the successful candidate will work pro-actively within the small accounts team and will assist in other areas of accounts where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a busy demanding Accounts department and have previous B2B credit control experience. The candidate will have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Skills required are excellent telephone manner, good attention to detail, organisational skills to meet the departments strict deadlines, flexible, proactive approach, good working knowledge of accounts processes and procedures and a good communicator at all levels.
