CONTROL SYSTEMS (SCADA) TECHNICIAN, BIRMINGHAM – £27K INC S/ALLOWANCE

Our client, one of the UK’s largest waste management companies is currently looking to recruit a Control Systems Technician for an Anaerobic Digestion site on Birmingham.

As an experienced Control Systems Technician, working 4 days on/off alternating, 12 hours day/night and reporting to the Plant Supervisor you’ll be responsible for controlling the flow and processing of waste, sludge and effluents by using a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, ensuring health & safety and environmental compliance, whilst championing the continuous improvement in productivity, plant availability and the requirements of sub products produced.

To be considered, you’ll need to be educated to a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject and have extensive experience of SCADA from an Anaerobic Digestion, Water Treatment or Sewage Plant.

This is a shift role offering a salary including shift allowance of £27,000 working for one of the UK’s leading waste management companies as a Control Systems (SCADA) Technician.
